Sales Executive / Business Development Manager ~ New Headcount (Airfreight)

Responsibilities and Requirement

  • Focus on developing new airfreight business in Hong Kong & Southern China.
  • Formulate sales planning activities in achieving sales KPI
  • Conduct daily sales call to identify new customers and business opportunities
  • Deliver professional presentation to customers
  • Prepare sales proposal / quotations to potential and qualified customers
  • Input sales pipelines & activities report in CRM
  • Form 5 / HKDSE or above education or equivalent level
  • At least 1 years sales experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry
  • Proven experience in developing new business is a must
  • Capable to demonstrate independency in achieving individual sales target
  • Good command of both written & spoken Chinese and English is required
  • Strong sales mindset, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills is highly preferred.
  • Energetic, aggressive and able to work under fast work place and pressure
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Business Development Manager
