Sales Executive (Serviced Apartments)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare marketing and sales analysis reports;
• Assist in organizing overall S&M activities to achieve sales goals and targets;
• Respond to sales inquiries and perform effective sales strategies;
• Handle new lease, renewals and agreement preparation
• Ensure the functionality and appearance of our website are in standard;
• Improve branding awareness and business revenue of the apartment via effective promotional strategies
• Responsible for driving guest loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each guest experience;
• Maintain good relationship with existing clients and explore new corporate clients

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Hospitality Management or Marketing is preferred;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in hotel industry or marketing industry is preferred;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
• Self-motivated with possession of excellent attention to detail;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese while Mandarin is a plus;
• Demonstrate skills in relationship building and relationship management.
