Our Client, a Global Sportswear Brand, now looking for a high caliber candidate for the following position:


Sales Executive (Wholesales Business)


Reporting Line

Reports Directly to: Sales & Merchandising Manager


Job Specification

• Formulating and implementing sales strategies to build the brand image and to meet sales target from designated accounts

• Explore and develop sales opportunities in HK & Macau markets

• Achieve sales targets & Inventory control

• Responsible for receivable collection

• Assist to prepare regular sales report and analysis for management review

• Assist in any marketing promotion and campaign or ad hoc projects

• Develop new customers for apparel and performance footwear

Roles and Responsibilities


Product & Pricing:

• Update and familiarize with the company’s product technologies

• Conduct routine competitive analyses

Technical and 4P comparison between competitors and our company


• Participate in sports events

• Develop trade marketing campaigns with key accounts

• Liaise with buyers from key accounts regarding promotional schedules



Trade shows

• Preparation

Conduct product screening and formulate product assortment

Utilize competitive analyses to recommend retail prices

Suggest individual customer product line-plans

• During the shows

➢ Present the products to customers

➢ Explain and analyze market competitive situation

➢ Hand in suggested customer product line-plans

➢ Answer technical questions from customers


Accounts management

▪ Build up strong business relations with key accounts

▪ Plan and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share

▪ Explore sales opportunities with the key account

▪ Responsible for receivable collection

Apparel & Performance footwear

▪ Grow the sales of existing customers in apparel & performance footwear business

▪ Develop new customers for apparel and performance footwear


▪ Prepare regular reports on sales performance and analyses for management review



• Tertiary education or above

• At least 2 years solid in key account sales or customer service management experience, preferably in sportswear or footwear industry

• Aggressive, self-starter and willing to learn

• Sporty, outgoing and excellent communication & presentation skills

• A good team player with good interpersonal skill

• Strong passion in sports brand and well understanding of sports industry

• Good PC Knowledge / Skills (Word, Excel (vlookup, pivotable) and PowerPoint)

• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
