The Job:

  • Supporting on handling credit account customers
  • Building IKEA business market awareness by line-up with corporate client in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Regularly meeting with potential and existing customers to seek solutions for them
  • Working with contractors scheduling and delivery issues
  • Monitoring aging accounts
  • Manage IKEA Gift Card program
  • Manage end-to-end Corporate Tendering process

The Person:

  • Passionate in home furnishing business
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work in order to make the most efficient use of time available
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly
  • Ability to set expectations to customers and provide clear direction
  • Ability to engage fellow co-workers and create a passion for IKEA BUSINESS plans
  • Prior B2B experience would be an advantage
