  • University graduate or above
  • 1 year or more of Customer Service, Telephone Service or Telemarketing experience, preferably in the service and/or consulting industry
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and committed with a “can-do" attitude
  • Mature, outgoing and open-minded character
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), Mandarin a plus
  • Computer literate, with good working knowledge of MS Office 



The successful candidate will assist our business growth by successfully selling public courses to corporate customers from various industries. He/she is able to:

  • Identify and seek out potential clients and business opportunities to attend public courses
  • Assist in course scheduling andcoordinate with consultants on booking and running of courses
  • Actively contact clients to promote public courses and increase course registrations
  • Handle enquiries about courses
  • Manage the customer experience including course registrations, invoicing, payments, course confirmation and post-course feedback
  • Maintain records of client communications and course status
  • Manage the public course section to achieve target number of enrolments and target number of courses being run every month
