 Key Responsibilities: 

Selling and Negotiation

  • Effectively acquire new customers
  • Execute agreed business targets
  • Identify key business opportunities of individual customer and develop selling plan accordingly
  • Seek ways to increase HEINEKEN’S share in customer sales portfolio

Account Servicing

  • Maintain and leverage positive business & working relationship with customers
  • Explain sales program mechanics to customers from time to time and ensure proper execution
  • Coordinate customers’ requests on sales related matters and feedback promptly to relevant parties for further follow up
  • Ensure compliance of merchandizing standard
  • Seek ways to increase/enhance  brand visibility
  • Monitor draught machine service at outlet level

Talent Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience, Beer industry preferred
  • Have good connection and network with bars, pubs and restaurants
  • Good command of English, degree holder preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and business sense
  • Dynamic, diligent, self-motivated and passionate
