Sales Executive

Main purpose of role:

• Business Development and Sales Support for Banking and FI segment.
• Explore new business opportunities to increase Company’s sales revenue and market share in Banking and Financial institution
• Manage the key accounts of banking and FI sector
• Monitor the service quality/ performance of assigned customer

Responsibilities:

• To promote Cash Logistic Solutions, ATM Replenishment Service and Secure Distribution Service to Banking and FI customers.
• Formulate and implement strategies to promote E – Lock solutions to ATM customers
• Responsible for achieving the revenue target as assigned
• Maintain close and good relationship with customers and all business partners by providing excellent account management services
• Handle all temporary / ad-hoc service of bank customers
• Manage contract renewal of ATM , Courier , Banking and FI customers
• Communicate and work closely with operations to identify the possibilities to improve the operation efficiency and service quality in assuring the achievement of the company’s budgeted profit and drive down operating cost by fully utilise its resources
• Conduct competitor analysis
• Promote cash 360 solutions to local market
• Support management to prepare business performance report , customer analysis report , KPI report.
• Handle sales support / administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possessing a bachelor degree or any equivalent qualification
• Reasonable level of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good knowledge of common office software e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Access
