Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain agent accounts in order to maximize revenue generation to Polar Air Cargo.
  • Prepare and collect market information to statistics and presentation.
  • Coordinate assigned accounts within the territory, including the development of strategy, tactics and communication with the account contracts.
  • Work closely with the Sales Supervisor including pricing, market developments, industry marketing issues and forecasting.
  • Maintain communication and coordination with Reservations & Customer Service Supervisor to provide continuity with corporate plans and objectives at the sales territory level.
  • Interface with Terminal Services employees to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Accounting Department and Agents on accounts receivables.
  • Produce selling tariffs and local schedules to the customers.
  • Track and monitor customers' performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Supervisor.


  • University degree in Business Studies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and reliable.
  • 2-3 years Airline experience is required and a must.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • Good initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Committed and aspire for success.
