Sales Executive

Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Proactively explore new business opportunities through networking, social media, joining exhibitions and conference, as well as through market research.
  • Arrange client meeting to understand customer needs and to present our products and services.

Customer Account Management

  • Proactively keep track of customers’ needs and satisfaction level to encourage existing customers to continue using our products/ services, and issue renewal contracts.
  • Identify and capture additional needs from existing customers to up-sell / cross-sell more products and services.

Managing Sales Process

  • Ensure full set of signed contract and customers’ company profile are passed over to operation team for scheduling products/service delivery as soon as possible.

Requirements

  • University Degree level or equivalent education
  • 1 to 2 years relevant work experience in sales and business development
  • Energetic with an “Hungry for Sales" attitude, be result and KPI driven
  • Enjoy achieving and over-achieving targets
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese Cantonese & Mandarin is a plus
  • Knowledge on ISO Standards will be advantageous
  • Working experience and knowledge of the Built Environment/Construction Sector will be advantageous
