The incumbent will be responsible for selling credit and collection services, helping our clients to recover commercial trade receivables, both domestically and internationally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling and tele-prospecting
  • Pursue sales opportunities from the referrals, sales leads, external partnership and pre-sales channels that are provided by the company 
  • Identify and secure meetings with right contacts in the client organization
  • Build and optimize long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with clients
  • Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant disciplines
  • 2 years of Business to Business sales experience. Candidate with less sales experiences will be considered for trainee position
  • Knowledge of credit and collection business, prior selling experiences with related industry is highly preferred
  • Open-minded, self-motivated and a good team player with positive and professional attitude
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Proficiency in Mandarin preferred
