Sales Expert - Industrial/Manufacturing sector

Our Client, an international Private Equity, is looking for a high caliber  sales management expert to lead the sales team and maximise the sales effectiveness in their portfolio companies, to join their management team in Hong Kong.

• Provide hands-on sales consulting and monitor the sales prospect development at their portfolio companies
• Able to deep-dive into sales function for project management, due diligence and sales process improvement
• Able to build and lead the sales teams through originating, shaping and driving sales strategy from inception through to budgeting and implementation by working alongside with the portfolio companies
• Provide advice, directions and guidelines to achieve the sales penetration and development to optimize their market share
• Maximize the sales growth opportunities with the portfolio companies
• High awareness and sensitive to the changes in market share, perception and competitiveness
• Passionate about customer centricity and highly efficient and effective in working on customer experience and journey
• Understand customer supporting filter and the use of the required sales tools such as SalesForce

• Minimum 15 years in a strategic business development related role with industrial/manufacturing industry
• University degree holder in Marketing/Business or related discipline
• Solid and extensive experience in business development in launching sales events and programs to grow the market share
• Strong in pricing and negotiation and ability to influence and possess value-driven to direct the sales team to achieve sale targets
• A progressive and growth mindset to explore new opportunities, approach, ideas and perspectives
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven, energetic, problem solver and results oriented
• Flexible and adaptive to meet with the evolving needs of high-growth and fast paced environment
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required
