Sales Lead Hong Kong

Your Team:

As you might expect from a sports brand with running at its core, the APAC team at On is a fast-paced place to be. You’ll be part of the China Sales team and co-working with a group of highly motivated individuals. The shared goal? Efficient growth at high speed- what else?

This role is based in Hong Kong.

Your Mission:
  • Develop the appropriate sales strategy and go to market plans for Hong Kong with insightful analysis of market trends, channels and resources allocation in order to build a strong brand presence for On in Hong Kong, including presence at running and sports specialty, fashion & lifestyle doors
  • Building and maintaining relationships to B2B customers in Hong Kong, including providing of technical knowledge to accounts through trainings, demo runs and working on the floor. Work with Shanghai-based sales and marketing team on capturing opportunities for pop-up and shop-in-shop roll-out in Hong Kong
  • Be accountable for new business growth through identifying potential partners who have the competency and capability to expand On’s business in Hong Kong
  • Achieving sales targets through account openings and building market share
  • Using performance metrics and sales analytics to increase sell-in and sell-through of product
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations in a meaningful and strategic manner, using On material and data
  • Initiate special projects with cross functional teams to provide the strong supports to achieve business growth targets
  • Build share of voice with runners and all day explorers in Hong Kong
Your Story:
  • A graduate with 5 years of more experience in the Running, Sporting goods or related retail /consumer goods industry
  • You relish the challenge of developing business with the existing customer base as well as creating new opportunities for growth
  • You are self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively and independently as well as being able to collaborate and contribute positively to the Japan team and Asia region
  • You enjoy connecting with customers to present our products, technology and philosophy in an inspiring way and are confident presenting to a group
  • Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
