Sales Leader (Supervior role) - New Store Opening

Our Sales Leader is an entry level store management role. The incumbent is responsible for supporting the store management team to enhance the customer experience and achieve sales targets. The incumbent is also responsible for taking a supervisory role in training and coaching the associate team, and ensuring effective and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the daily operations and sales performance of his/her assigned department and category
  • Supervise, motivate and engage his/her associate team for achieving targets
  • Perform the Leader On Duty role; role model the brand’s service standards and Customer First behaviors at all times
  • Support in training and coaching the associate team for higher performance
  • Support in recruitment, hiring, development and retention of the associate team
  • Act as a lead to maintain the sales floor adhere to the brand standards
  • Execute all daily operational procedures and ensure they are carried out effectively and efficiently in accordance with the SOP
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • HKDSE graduate or above with at least 1-2 years’ supervisory experience
  • Ability in planning, prioritizing and problem-solving with good analytical mindset
  • Proactive, passionate with strong communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good collaborative skills and ability to lead a small team
  • Able to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment and deadline-oriented environment
