  • Conduct market research, feasibility studies, financial modeling and analysis, valuation and make recommendation to the top management for land, property or asset acquisitions.
  • Analyze financial performance of the market, such as the marco-economic trends and the competitor analysis on lands or properties.
  • Assist Director to manage the whole process of land, property or asset acquisitions from sourcing, execution to closing.
  • Handling all leasing enquiries, tenancy administration and preparation of budget and management reports.
  • Co-ordination on takeover / handover of premises, fitting-out and renovation works.
  • Build good relationships with tenants, estate agents, and contractors.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments for the management as required.


  • Minimum 5 years professional Acquisitions and Development experience;
  • Previous experience working in property investments or property development is a plus;
  • Advance Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Good financial, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Committed, motivated, hardworking and able to work independently;
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Immediate available is preferrable
