Role and Responsibility

  • To continuously achieve business targets for the whole Field Sales + Key Accounts.
  • To manage the alignment of strategy within the company.
  • To provide our customers the best & professional customer services in all aspects by understanding their needs, apply industry standards of business account management to maximize business opportunities for Field Sales + Key Accounts.
  • To establish a professional sales team in all aspects based on industry standards.
  • To implement, improve and evaluate business process that can maximize the productivity of the team in the course of commercial business activity.


  • Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
  • 10 years or above experience in Food Services / Institutional Sales (Food is preferred), at least 4 years of them in managerial position in large sales force with successful track records.
  • Strong network in both Field Sales + Key Accounts is essential.
  • Good leadership, analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
