Our client has developed into a well experienced food distributing agent with solid strength, food distribution, sales, and strategic brand marketing as a whole, building an excellent reputation and a leading position in food industry. To cope with their rapid growth in the market, they are now looking for a Sales Manager to join their successful team.

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to lead a sales team to achieve company’s sales target. You will also be responsible to develop and execute sales plan, including promotion and price, sales channel such as catering group, hotel and QSR etc. You will be responsible for supervising the team to ensure efficient and effective daily operation and developing good relationship with customers including periodical tender and yearly contracts. You will also be responsible to appraise the team’s performance via effective coaching skills


  • Post-secondary education / Higher Diploma or above
  • Effective communication in Chinese and English
  • 5 years’ or above experience in catering / institutional sales, at least 3 years in managerial position in large sales force with successful track records
  • Strong network in key chains is essential
  • Less experience will be considered as Sales Supervisor
