Sales Manager (3pl)

A world leading 3PL is looking for a Sales Manager to joing their young and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned customers and budget base
  • Strive for consultative sales to distinguish market presence by effectively probing and identifying needs and suggesting solutions to help customers.
  • Build a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base.
  • Establish internal network in South China and globally to facilitate resolution of customer issues.
  • Build understanding of all service offerings to be able to offer integrated solutions.
  • Communicate significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts.
  • Ensure Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce.com and others) are updated on time and with high-quality data.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and success in carrier or forwarder/logistics sales.
  • Solid exposure and knowledge of the South China business, trading, logistics and transportation market.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency, independent, creative and resourceful.
  • Persuasive and positive, a can do, never say die attitude.
  • Proactive, driven, self-motivated and results orientated.
  • Excellent negotiation, sales and analytical skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
