Sales Manager (5 days work)

Job Duties

  • Responsible for overall account management of existing business through assigned customer portfolio
  • Uncovering and developing new & existing opportunities that are either through cold calling, sales leads program or in line with any strategic business initiatives that are drawn out as part of the organizations business plans
  • Delivering agreed revenue and sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Take regional lead role & actively participate to Global Key Account RFI & RFQ opportunities
  • Familiar with eCommerce and online marketing industry
  • Assist in clerical duties, data entry and analysis for Sales Department
  • Ensure compliance to sales process & procedures
  • Formulate and implement effective development strategies for Key Accounts
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects when assigned


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above, Degree in supply chain management is preferred
  • Computer proficiency in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint and management systems
  • Understanding of business concepts within the Express industry is an advantage
  • Good understanding of the large account segment as well as potential areas of solution development to the business
  • Ability to engage all levels of the business hierarchy (internal or external)
  • Familiar with network, consultative and solution selling skill and highly process driven
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Good listener, Customer Focused, Highlight motivated individual
  • Ability to manage well in a stressful and fast paced business environment
