Sales Manager / Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement sales strategies to promote company products to the existing and potential clients;
  • Monitor each account's status and provide professional consultation and customer service;
  • Handle strategic account management and maximize business opportunities to meet the customer needs;
  • Identify and penetrate potential customers in the focused industries;
  • Conduct presentations and prepare sales proposal to customers;
  • Liaise with internal team members to manage resource to maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Keep update with the market development and technology information.


Job Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

  • Degree holder or above in Information Technology or Business related disciplines;
  • At least 3 years' sales and service experience in IT / Hotel / Catering industry;
  • Candidates with less experience but good working attitude and potential, will also be considered;
  • Proven track records in handling customers;
  • Initiative, Independent, Customer Focus and Target Oriented;
  • Excellent communication, public presentation, and document writing skills;
  • Good hands-on skills in MS Office applications;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential. Mandarin is a must.
