ELIBO ENGINEERING LIMITED is a major player in Data Centre Facility Solution. We are currently expanding our sales forces to welcome the growing market.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate a Sales Team for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.


  • Develop new relationships in an  effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Manage a Sales Team which include, but not limit to setup of sales management system, sales strategy plan, sales training.
  • Responsible for Business Development
  • Recruitment of competent sales staff
  • The Sales Team is responsible for selling of Design & Build Data Centre Solution, Data Centre Infrastructure Product which cover Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Computer Rated Air Conditioner (CRAC), Water Leakage Detection System, Power Distribution Cabinet.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years sales experience with minimum 2 years in Assistant Manager level; 3 years related to Data Centre design & build project
  • At least 1 year experience to manage a Sales Team
  • Strong negotiation skill
  • Strong network connection in Data Centre Field
  • Great presentation and communication skill
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proven sales track record in the sales career life
  • Focused and goal-oriented
