Responsibilities :

  • Plan / execute the sales / leasing strategy for our portfolio.
  • Responsible for leasing interpretation and analysis and coordinating documentation flow of all leasing activities.
  • Marketing of our portfolio including exploring new clients through business connection.
  • Co-ordinate with team member to achieve company goals with positive and sales driven morale.
  • Conduct periodical sales call with clients, both from the existing and new corporate client base.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with guests, agents and corporates.
  • Budget and sales target planning and execution.
  • Formulate marketing campaigns to generate higher growth and profits.
  • Formulate effective pricing strategy and sales strategy in line with current market trends and competitors.
  • Business forecast, reporting and administration.
  • Review and response of customer feedback.
  • Operate hotel website and other social media.
  • Assist analyze and evaluate online market trends to improve the performance of all online campaigns.
  • To collect market intelligence on market trend to facilitate the development of sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Manage the key accounts of the allocated geographical market and through planned sales activity, maximize account potential in terms of rate or room-nights accordance with overall sales strategies.
  • Handle all enquiries from potential corporate tenants and appointed agents by participating presentation, meeting, site inspection, entertainment, negotiation and contract preparation, keep records and follow up until business is secured.

Requirements :

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Hotel / Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in luxury hotels/ serviced apartments
  • Highly motivated achiever, with outstanding communication skills
  • Must have the ability to identify, pursue and convert business opportunities
  • Experience in luxury market preferred
  • Have a natural flair for sales and be energetic
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
