Job Summary
- To develop a comprehensive strategic plan to grow market share for our hotels - Novotel Century Hong Kong & AKI Hong Kong MGallery
- Effectively manage the business opportunity and identify new business opportunity to maximize revenue goals
- Achieve personal and team related business goals by delivering service excellence
You should have
- Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury hotels
- Strong market connection and inspiration
- Result driven, ambition, think out of the box and innovative sales plan
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Immediately available is highly preferred
