Sales Manager (Automotive/ Luxury Retail)

Responsibilities:

  • Execute all sales activities including analyzing and projecting the market status, fulfilling the profitability, sales volume, customer satisfaction and other targets for achieving the annual business objectives.
  • Guides and leads the Sales team to ensure the professionalism of all the Sales team members and to monitor the completion of team members’ individual performance targets. Ensure that the Sales Consultants finish all trainings and fully understand product information.
  • Follow up, timely adjust and evaluate the performance according to the performance target breakdown of Sales Department; establish an incentive mechanism and ensure the Sales team achieves the performance targets.
  • Explore to the uttermost the sales potential of the local market and improves the profitability, and ensures that the Sales team has the same vision and values as the Principal.
  • Responsible for other affairs related to the Sales business. While dealing with customers, the Sales Manager shall serve as the Brand Ambassador of the company, properly consult and communicate with customers in line with company's requirements, and hence improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the Principal to introduce new products to Hong Kong market, determine each model with different variant and specifications level
  • Negotiate the pricing and support with the Principal

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree holder
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in Hong Kong automotive/luxury retail industry and more than 5 years’ sales management experience.
  • A good team player, presentable interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Strong presentation, communication, leadership and management skill
  • Strong business acumen and flexible mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
