As Department head to lead and manage the sales team for "project sales" (mainly) & distributors
Also manage the technical support and customer services team
Maintain and explore sales opportunities with property developers in HK and/or mainland China
Responsible for the department 's P&L
Ad hoc duties
Diploma or above
5 years or above solid working experience for white goods and also have experience to manage a sales team
Proven track record of sales and management skills
Good relationship with property developers in HK and/or China
Good communications, presentation and negotiation skills
Good at both spoken and written of English and Chinese (Mandarin)
