Sales Manager / Business Development Manager - Project sales to Developer - Building product / electronic appliance

Duties:

  • As Department head to lead and manage the sales team for "project sales" (mainly) & distributors
  • Also manage the technical support and customer services team
  • Maintain and explore sales opportunities with property developers in HK and/or mainland China
  • Responsible for the department 's P&L
  • Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 5 years or above solid working experience for white goods and also have experience to manage a sales team
  • Proven track record of sales and management skills
  • Good relationship with property developers in HK and/or China
  • Good communications, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good at both spoken and written of English ae knd Chinese (Mandarin)
