Key Accountability

To lead the team to achieve both revenue and acquisition targets set for the year via proper channel management and retail distribution.

Responsibilities

  • To make strategic plan to achieve the business results
  • Monitors daily sales from all channels and implements necessary sales activities that would help meet Targets
  • Supervises, motivates and monitors the performance of the team
  • Maintains good relationships with all key channel partners
  • Keeps abreast of competitors’ activities
  • Continuously develops new channels to help increase visibility and sales
  • Other tasks as assigned

 

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of working experience and min 2 years experience in managerial level
  • Strong sales planning skills, with sound business acumen
  • Strong leadership and able to drive change
  • Aggressive & Sales Driven
  • University graduate
  • Fluent English and Tagalog
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint is an advantage
  • Flexible in timing, can work on Sundays
  • Can work under pressure
