Sales Manager (FMCG Company)


Job Description

Our client is a well-known FMCG Company and they are looking for sales manager to cope with their expansion in Asian.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the sales & marketing team on all business activities across key chains & food servicing channels
  • Identify potential business opportunity to maximize sales channels, in order to drive the business growth and profitability 
  • Develop and implement sales and distribution strategy and plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead the marketing team to develop and execute promotions and trade activation to enhance the brand awareness
  • Establish strong and long-term business relationship with clients, manage the business terms and pricing strategy
  • Conduct market research and analysis to obtain market insight, to support the business plan and brand strategy
  • Prepare sales report and analysis for management review

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Business or related disciplines
  • 8-10 years sales & marketing experience from FMCG industry, with at least 5 years at managerial level
  • Solid experience in managing both key chains & food servicing clients
  • Result-driven with proven track record in sales achievements
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical skills
