Sales Manager (Focus on Strategic Planning & Team Building)

Responsibilities:

  1. Set and develop sales targets, strategies and business plans to boost up our revenues and market shares in Clean Air / Air Purification
  2. Explore new opportunities and drive the sales growth through different channels such as online and direct sales
  3. Build a sales team and distribution network in promoting Clean Air / Air Purification products and solutions to end users.
  4. Lead and coach the sales team to identify, to seek and build up relationship with different parties to grow the sales and provide excellent service
  5. Attain business opportunities through monitor and analysis Clean Air  / Air Purification market share and competitors
  6. Assist and participate in developing unique and advance air purification products and techniques to the market

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • Solid experience in Direct Selling / Network Marketing/ Life Insurance is a must.
  • Familiar with Sales Team establishment and development is highly desirable
  • Minimum 8 years relevant working experience with 3 years in managerial grade
  • A good team player with excellent communications, leadership, interpersonal, strategic thinking and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese are an advantage
