Job Responsibilities

To assist maintain and explore partnership with different on-line and off-line renowned retail channels in order to achieve company growth objectives

Assist to participate in commercial negotiations with customer-driven and business partners to secure market share and achieve business objective

To analyze market research for investigate potential opportunity and market development strategies
-
Develop annual plan, associated budgets and sales strategies, monitor performance against budget, initiating corrective action where necessary to ensure operations are conducted within the agreed financial parameters and targets and achieved
-
Provide and generate management reports and ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
-
Degree holder in any relevant discipline
-
Minimum of 10 years' experience in Food industry
-
In-depth knowledge and experience in profit and loss, budgeting, setting of sales strategies and monitoring of sales performance
-
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
-
Excellent communication, leadership, motivational, project planning and presentation skills
-
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
