Responsibilities:

  • Manage the general trade team, over 10 team members to achieve sales target in line with the agreed brand development and financial objectives
  • Supervise the team to ensure effective implementation of sales and distribution strategies among trade customers.
  • To take part in initiation and negotiations of the trading terms, marketing and promotional activities
  • To work on sales projection particular to the top/key customers
  • Lead the team to develop new business and the potential channel growth

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent – major in marketing and business is preferred
  • 5 years solid sales experiences in the FMCG industry and come with 1-2 years managerial experiences
  • Able to meet short deadlines in a demanding environment; work overtime is required
  • Able to demonstrate leadership & motivate -team-mates;
  • A team player with excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Assistant Manager
