Sales Manager (Hunter Role, Strategic Account)

  • Meet the sales target and develop new merchant accounts
  • Identify the focused verticals and potential merchants to generate leads and RFP opportunities
  • Prepare RFP and provide support to the regional team
  • Work with business partners (both the bank and non-bank) to increase sign up from leads
  • Involve in product development and channel strategy
  • Conduct review meeting with merchants on regular basis, make improvement and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research and competitor intelligence to facilitate the sales pitching
  • Provide support to merchants on the implementation of report customization, eCommerce platform development etc.


  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 years’ relevant sales experience, preferably in the financial service industry
  • Experience in selling software and data solutions will be highly preferred
  • Proven sales track record in high volume
  • Good knowledge in eCommerce and payment industry
  • Resulted oriented, aggressive and can work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skill with good time management
  • Proficiencies in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
