Sales Manager - Insurance Operations Department

Responsibilities:
- Understand the clients financial needs and suggest suitable insurance products;
- Formulate sales strategies and business plans to grow insurance business and revenue;
- Design and drive insurance business promotions / tactical program;
- Provide support to direct customers and ensure the delivery of high-quality services;
- Handle enquiries from regulators;
- Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Law, Business, Finance or other related fields;
- At least 5 years relevant experience in general insurance (less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager);
- IIQE Paper I & III are required. Possess relevant insurance professional qualifications;
- Knowledge of general insurance operations, distribution channels and their related regulatory requirements;
- Good product knowledge in Group medical, life business & MPF;
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent in presentation skill and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
