Understand the clients financial needs and suggest suitable insurance products;
Formulate sales strategies and business plans to grow insurance business and revenue;
Design and drive insurance business promotions / tactical program;
Provide support to direct customers and ensure the delivery of high-quality services;
Handle enquiries from regulators;
Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Law, Business, Finance or other related fields;
At least 5 years relevant experience in general insurance (less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager);
IIQE Paper I & III are required. Possess relevant insurance professional qualifications;
Knowledge of general insurance operations, distribution channels and their related regulatory requirements;
Good product knowledge in Group medical, life business & MPF;
Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
Excellent in presentation skill and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
