Client Details

Our client is a world leading manufacturer with over 70 years of history, they consist of a diverse range of business portfolio that covers automotive, office equipment, semiconductors, industrial materials, telecommunications and many more. With a network around Eurasia, South East Asia and North America, they are now looking for a sales manager to develop the automotive makers market in China.


As the Business Development Manager, you will be actively involved in company's assigned projects and be expected to lead and create business opportunities based company's direction. Reporting to the company's senior management, you will be expected to work independently while delivering sales and marketing progress at a regular bases. You will be expected to perform and execute total sales management solution.

Key Responsibilities Include

Core Market Regions: China

  • Based on company's vision and preassigned region/s, identify core market segments and execute market penetration strategies
  • Evaluate business execution progress and suitability on both qualitative and quantitative factors
  • Involve in business projects from research and concept creation to implementations and execution, provide business judgement and opinions when necessary
  • Provide regular updates based on financial, commercial and business analysis
  • Interact with target client base as to provide all rounded service solutions
  • Work closely with local, regional and global divisions to further capitalized on market opportunities and client relationships


  • At least six years of relevant business experience in Hong Kong and China, candidate with exposures in China market automotive ODM, semiconductors or electronic components
  • University graduate in economics or business administration would be preferred
  • Trace Record in business development and sales manager towards mentioned industries
  • Strong computer and analytical skill will focus on business and sales analysis
  • Exposures in project management and cross team collaborations
  • Independent, entrepreneur and able to work in a timely and professional manner
  • Fluency in Mandarin, English and Japanese
