Job Responsibility:

  • Promote full range of network solutions (e.g. IPVPN, IPLC & IDC) and customized solution to corporate and SME customers
  • Commitment to achieve sales targets by developing new customers to maximize the potential market
  • Follow up with customers for contract renewal
  • Develop & maintain high level executive relationship
  • Provide post-sales support, total customer care solutions and service to corporate customers
  • Conduct performance reviews on customer services and propose quality action plans for service enhancement
  • Complete traffic and account servicing update reports to corporate customers
  • Participate in ad hoc assignment and provide value-added service to excel service level
  • To achieve the set of company target and complete before deadline

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Experience in Greater China network solutions would be an definitely advantage
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task. Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese required
  • Experience in leading team will be considered as Team Leader / Senior Sales Manager
  • Immediate Availability is preferred
