Our client is a well-known multinational medical devices, pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods manufacturing company. They are looking for high caliber to join their Sales team and bring in new inspiration.
Direct report to the Regional Business Director
Lead and motivate sales team by developing, planning and implementing business strategies
Thorough understanding of current market situation, competitive landscape and customers preference and provide insights for forward planning purposes
Build customer relationships with key stakeholders by driving value-added & mutually beneficial partnerships
Promote and encourage the company and brand's philosophy and facilitate the brand to become preferred partner of choice
Regular market/trade visits to understand stakeholders challenges, gaps and business opportunities
Develop and execute business plan; manage and evaluate activities of major stakeholders and rest of independent customer accounts
>5 years of sales experience across operations, channel management and trade marketing
Pharma/Medica Devices/FMCG background is highly preferred
Business minded with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Proactive, innovative and independent
Proficient in English reading and writing; Native in Cantonese is a MUST
