A world leading wine and spirits company is looking for a Sales Manager (On Trade & Off Trade) to join their fast growing business.
Our client is a world leading wine and spirits company. They are now expanding their business and will be hiring a Sales Manager (On Trade & Off Trade) to their Asia team! You will be a leader in this entrepreneurial and dynamic team.
You will partner closely with existing clients to identify opportunities. It is key that you are developing long term relationships with both ontrade and offtrade clients. Additionally, you will have the responsibility to create route-to-market plans and identifying new partners. This is an entrepreneurial role and you will strategize and set development plans and will ensure that company objectives are being met. You will report into the Managing Director.
The Successful Candidate must have at least 6 -8 years of experience within Wine industry, with strong offtrade and ontrade client base is mandatory. You must have a proven sales track record of business growth. The successful candidate must be entrepreneurial, determined, strategic and have strong business acumen. You must have a great business mindset and the ability to develop long-term partnerships with clients and partners. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is mandatory.
