Our Sales Managers are the front-line leaders of Chope’s market growth. They report directly to our General Manager of Hong Kong, and have a pivotal role in leading, grooming, and shaping the Hong Kong Sales team. In addition to their leadership role, they will also need to generate leads, follow up, and close sales opportunities. As part of nurturing strong account relations, they will be a key contact for their clients, and also undertake contractual and marketing related account management. Like the team they lead, they will be expected to meet monthly sales targets, and work closely with our marketing and operations teams to help our clients get the most out of the Chope platform.
Ideal candidates should have at least 2-3 years experience in managing and motivating a B2B e-commerce and/or SaaS sales team. Candidates should a keen understanding of performance metrics for sales people, and preferably be able to lead from the front, juggling both their own performance as well as that of their team.
