Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales territories and manage business accounts as assigned
  • Achieve annual and monthly sales targets as assigned to individual sales staff
  • Prepare plans to monitor territories, administer accounts and achieve business targets
  • Roll out marketing programs to create customer awareness and purchasing needs
  • Grow existing business accounts and generate sales from potential prospects
  • Manage and liaise with service providers, vendors and regional agents
  • Conduct research to collect market information for formulation of strategy
  • Attend workshops, trade shows and seminars to stay alert in the industry
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management

Requirements:

  • University degree with 3 years sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or prestige membership industry;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, both verbal and written;
  • Good communication, negotiation and computer skills;
  • Responsible, sociable, service oriented and able to liaise with people of different levels;
  • Aggressive, self-motivated, result oriented and able to work under pressure;
  • Outgoing personality, presentable, hardworking, a team player with a positive attitude;
