Reporting to the Head of Sales, the team player is responsible for the development and management of the Company's frozen food sales and related activities globally. He/she will develop new customers globally and implement short and long term strategic frozen food sales plans to achieve business objectives to be in line with company goals, budgets and profitability goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain & grow established customers in the various regions around the world
  • Develop new customers in Retail and Food Service sectors
  • Prepare annual sales forecasts and implement the target plan to achieve financial targets
  • Work closely with procurement, production and R&D to develop new products and market them
  • Negotiate pricing with customers and benchmark market pricing
  • Jointly with Marketing, organize and attend seafood show locally and overseas annually
  • Manage a team of services representatives/sales representatives in China

Requirements:

  • Must like to eat fish and seafood
  • University degree in sales and marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years hands on experience in key account management, sales operation and business development
  • Experience in international food and seafood sales experience is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, articulation skill and communication skill
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken, Mandarin is preferable
  • Travel to China and other countries is required
