Sales Manager

  • To develop potential business deals by contacting potential partners & clients; discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Identifying business opportunities for further expansion within Asian market, such as China, Korea and Japan, etc.
  • Develop new channels for cooperation - MICE segment, incentive trips
  • Responsible for managing the sales and controlling sales budgets to achieve company’s targets
  • Responsible for developing, executing and delivering of client presentations and proposals
  • Liaison with European business partners and develop new business opportunities
  • To handle ad hoc projects assigned by management.


  • A Bachelor Degree or above, ideally in Sales and Marketing / Business Administration / any related discipline
  • Professional with at least 5 years of experience in sales in Tourism industry, preferably in boating
  • Familiar with the culture in Europe and Asia
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, knowledge of other Asian or European language is an advantage
  • Able to achieve results while working independently
  • Good problem-solving skill and customer focused with pleasant personality
  • Confident, aggressive, outgoing & well-organized
  • Immediately available is preferred
