Our Sales Manager (Hong Kong) is the front-line leader of Chope’s growth in Hong Kong! Reporting to the GM of Hong Kong, they play a pivotal role in leading, grooming, and shaping the Hong Kong Sales team. In addition to their leadership role, they will also need to generate leads, follow up, and close sales opportunities. As part of nurturing strong account relations, they will be a key contact for their clients, and also undertake contractual and marketing related account management. Like the team they lead, they will be expected to meet monthly sales targets, and work closely with our marketing and operations teams to help our clients get the most out of the Chope platform.
Ideal candidates should have at least two years’ experience in managing and motivating a sales team, as well as 2-3 years’ in B2B sales. Previous exposure to e-commerce and/or SaaS will be an advantage. Candidates should have a keen understanding of performance metrics for sales people, and be able to ‘lead from the front’, juggling both their own performance as well as that of their team.
