Job Functions & Responsibilities


  • Responsible to achieve company’s sales objective in the Aesthetic Division 
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion with clinical selling, sales promotion, marketing programs, etc to an increase in sales
  • Developing a growth strategy focused on achieving divisional sales target.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Develop a rapport with new clients (dermatologists / plastic surgeons), and continue building relationship with current clients.
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions to clients and provide after-sales support.
  • Attend industry functions, such as conferences, events to gather interested potential customers leads and follow up after the events.
  • Organize and conduct workshops / symposium / talks to introduce & train new clients (dermatologists / plastic surgeons) on the products.  Follow up after the events to increase user pool. 




l   Good English ability.

l   Excellent communication and negotiation skill.

l   Passionate about sales / marketing and taking new initiatives.

l   Adaptable and able to work with colleagues and customers from different regions and cultures.
