Sales Manager

Marksam Holdings Company Limited


Reporting to our General Manager, this position will be responsible for all sales activities in the assigned accounts or regions, and managing quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage business development to achieve the Group’s key business metrics and sales objectives
  • Present and sell company products and services to current dealers and potential B2B prospects. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Execute daily/ weekly/ monthly report and analysis of all key business metrics: market intelligence, brand/ product presentation, operational improvement
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • Degree holder or above
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in retail industry with proven track record, preferably with experience in Rehabilitation Care/ Health/ Medical disciplines
  • Result oriented, with strong business acumen in business development and sales distribution
  • Self-motivated, strategic minded with strong leadership and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Well versed with PC applications
