Sales Manager

  • Bachelor Degree in Maritime, Electronics, Communication ICT
disciplines or equivalent
  • Knowledge of industrial electronics equipment will be an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in sales of industrial electronics
equipment via channel and key account. The ideal candidate will have
a business electronics qualification
  • Fluency in oral and written communication skills in Cantonese, English
and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • He/she must be willing to work as part of a team, communicating to
other departments
  • Good telephone and face-to-face personal skills are essential

Job Duties:
  • The job holder is the first point of contact for the client experience
and must therefore create a positive and enthusiastic first impression
  • Reporting to the Director of Services and Sales, you will be
responsible for the managing and expand solution sales activities of
the maritime sales in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Vietnam
  • You are required to manage and motivate the Sales team to achieve
company's objectives and responsible for P/L
  • Build up and maintain customer relationship for achieving customer
satisfaction objectives and investigate market information
  • Manage the Sales team consisting of sales in Mainland China, Hong Kong
Taiwan and Vietnam pleasure boat, deep sea and fishing
  • Manage the team work efficiency within other departments of the
company and customers
  • Visit customers to receive feedback information for customers quality
improvements on products and changes, as and when necessary
  • Engaging new technology and equipment and to market new products
  • Train and develop the sales team to ensure latest technology can be
offered to the customers
  • Advising and discussing changes in normal contract terms or low profit
margin with the supervisor
  • Contract review and ensure the specifications offered to the customer
are within the scope of company and company and comply to local
statutory requirements
  • Prepare management reports
  • Order equipment and ensure products arrive in the store in a timely
  • Ensure Customers/Sales requirements and correct documentations are
adequately conveyed to the services department if installation/
commissioning, warranty service, testing, calibration and checking is
  • Assist in preparation work for Exhibitions
