- Responsible for development and implementation of strategic objectives and optimization of opportunities to achieve sales and profit targets
- Sales development in different channels in Hong Kong including Key Accounts, General Trade and E-commerce
- Explore and identify new sales opportunities, potential clients and sales network in order to improve product awareness and achieve expansion of market
- Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability
- Responsible for planning and execution of sales activities; monitor and motivate sales team members to achieve sales target
- Analyse sales performance and manage business review, identify issues and develop action plans to ensure smooth running of business
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key account customers, distributors, dealers and other network partners;
- Administer and manage all sales-related materials, compliance guidelines and any related documentation
- Prepare regular sales and purchase analysis reports
- Support any ad hoc projects as assigned
- Degree holder in Business Management / Marketing / Business related discipline
- 10 years or above relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing management field, preferably in food related business or FMCG
- Strong connection with the major supermarket chains and other sales channels is an advantage
- Good network and relationship with different kinds of organization and business sector
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, leadership skill and presentation skill
- A demonstrated leader, possessing excellent people management skill
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, aggressive, energetic and a good team player
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be consider for the post of Assistant Sales Manager.
