  • Desire to train, coach and develop sales team in all operation, selling skills, customer service and product knowledge
  • Maximise company sales growth and profitability by leading the sales team in delivering an engaging experience consistently to all existing and new customers.
  • sales planning and forecasting to meet business growth target to ensure delivery of the agreed strategy. Develop new markets in the region by defining new market segments and identified growth opportunities
  • foster strong relationship with existing customers and develop new client relationship
  • collect market intelligence and movements during daily activities, track and monitor competitor’s activities and strategies and provide timely updates to the management team.
  • ensure that customer service and operations are updated with specific customer needs and issues, and share service level agreements wherever necessary
  • perform other duties as required


  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Motivated, target driven, result and sales oriented
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication (English and Chinese) and interpersonal skills
  • May required occasional travel
