Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading sales team and achieving sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and expand customer base
  • Determine various sales plans, projecting expected sales volume & profit
  • Build and track pipeline opportunities
  • Identifies new market segments and opportunities
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to understand their business needs
  • Increase market awareness of MegaHub Limited and our products
  • Work with internal departments to implement projects and sales strategies


  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines
  • 5+ years of business sales experience in financial industry with 2+ years sales management experience
  • Successful sales track record of selling software/technology solutions to corporate clients
  • Knowledge of equities, fixed income, commodities markets and/or trading
  • Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented
  • Highly effective written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Excellent PC skills (including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
