Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager

AKWG International Limited

  • Formulate, plan, implement and oversee multiple FMCG key accounts for multiple skincare and cosmetics brands including but not limited to online and offline accounts
  • Execute sales and distribution activities to ensure the achievement of key parameters for the annual sales plan including budgeting, pricing, new product launching, trade promotion arrangement, inventory control, stock management & etc.
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Sales forecast and projection
  • Assist in product develop projects
  • Negotiate with buyers for new product listing, promotions, in-store visibility, planogram and trading terms
  • Frequently review and analysis the sales performance and plan
  • Monitor account profitability and trade spend against budget
  • Maintain good relationship with Key Accounts
  • Identify new business and channel opportunities
  • Ad hoc assignments as required


  • University graduate in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 5 years solid experience in FMCG / beauty industry
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Aggressive, positive, proactive, flexible and be able to work under pressure
  • Detail-minded and willing to take up challenges
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
