Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue growth, expand market shares, stimulate demand for new products and lines.
  • Assist in identifying potential new product lines which are consistent with or add value to current product lines.
  • Formulate sales strategies and conduct regular reviews of existing and potential business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage sales staff including setting and monitoring sales target, directing sales approach, supporting sales efforts, and sharing best practices of sales and business development tasks.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years sales experience with managerial experience preferably gained in an seafood or wine or F&B environment involving strong solutions sales and marketing 
    Proven track record of driving sales teams and successfully achieving sales targets 
  • Ability to present to executive level audiences with fluency in English, Cantonese, Putonghua

Sales Executives

 Job Description:

  • To identify and maximize sales opportunities, to various channels in the HK market. 
  • To develop business strategy through understanding clearly and analyzing the consumer’s behavior
  • To be a proactive member of the sales team, able to work independent while remaining focused and committed to achieving and improving the overall sales goals of the group
  • To create and implement sales budgets and action plans to achieve agreed sales targets
  • To attend client’s meeting regularly and build good relationship and reputation for the company

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business or Marketing or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience with a strong connection with private sales channels (B2B). Experience in Seafood and Wine Beverages preferred.
  • Verifiable and proven track record, coaching team of junior salesman will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as good project management skill
  • Good presentation skill and strong negotiation skill with clients or suppliers
  • Team player, independent, self-motivated and target driven person
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese with Mandarin being a plus.
