Provide sales support and customer services, such as answering inquiries, handling orders and sales coordination;
Coordinate with factories and clients for sample and order delivery;
Liaise with new clients and follow-up orders;
Assist in sample arrangement and monitor sample stock in office;
Responsible for in-store decoration;
Work outdoor to support sales activities, such as store visit, fairs and road show.
Diploma or above;
At least 1 year working experience in order processing and customer services;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Self-initiated and detail-minded with good sense of responsibility;
Good command of PC skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Frequent station in China office is required.
